The final stage of the rice milling process determines the commercial value of the end product. After whitening and polishing, the rice stream consists of a mix of whole grains, various sizes of broken rice, and small particles of bran. Our heavy-duty mechanical grading and recovery systems are engineered to separate, classify, and refine these streams with maximum precision—ensuring a clean, high-yield final product without the need for optical color sorters.

High-Efficiency Bran Recovery with Vibro Bran Finishers

Before the final grading takes place, maximizing product recovery is crucial for mill profitability. Our Vibro Bran Finisher is designed to process the bran stream coming from the whitening and polishing sections.

- The Process: Using high-frequency vibrations combined with advanced beating screens, the machine gently separates high-value broken rice particles and adhering flour from the oil-rich bran.

Precision Sizing with Thickness Graders

Once the bran is separated, the polished rice must be sorted by physical dimensions to meet strict commercial market standards. The Thickness Grader handles the first critical step of mechanical sizing.

- The Process: Rice is fed into a rotating, specialized cylindrical screen. Immature, thin, and shriveled grains pass through the precise slots, while fully matured head rice remains inside the drum.
