Advanced Double Helical Ribbon Agitator: The inner and outer spiral ribbons are meticulously aligned to move materials in opposing radial and axial directions. The outer ribbon pushes material from the ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon forces material from the center out to the sides. U-Shaped Structural Trough: The precision-contoured U-shape body prevents dead zones during operation, ensuring every ounce of material is actively engaged in the blending process.
Pneumatic or Manual Bottom Discharge: Equipped with a centrally located bottom discharge valve (available in manual slide-gate or quick-acting pneumatic configurations). The valve aligns flush with the inner radius of the trough floor to minimize leftover residue, streamlining cleanout between distinct feed batches.
Enclosed Safety Cover with Support Struts: The flat lid features integrated gaskets to prevent dust migration during high-speed blending cycles, keeping your facility clean and compliant with dust safety standards.
